Who is eligible to join the Heron Creek Men's Golf Association?
Membership is open to adult male Platinum and Full Golf members of the Heron Creek Golf and Country Club.

Is there a cost to become a member?
The current membership fee is $50 for an annual period from June 1 through May 31.

What is the membership period?
Current memberships expire on May 31^st. The membership period will run from June 1^st to May 31^st so as to align with the golf calendar. 

If I join in mid-year, what will be cost?
New members who join prior to January 1^st of a physical year will pay the full annual dues, which is currently $50.  New members joining after December 31^st will pay 80% of the annual dues for the balance of the physical year ending May 31^st.

When must my membership be renewed?
Memberships renewals for the period June 1 through May 31 are due by May 31^st. The renewal period will begin in April.

What do I have to do to join?
Click here to download the Application Form.   Complete the application and mail to the address on the form or drop it off at the Heron Creek Pro Shop.  Enclose a check for membership dues, payable to the HCMGA, with the application.

After I join, how do I obtain further information on the HCMGA?
The Secretary of the Association will contact you with procedures to sign-in to the Members Area of the HCMGA web site.  The member's area has further information on golf events, you can look up tee times, review results of tournaments, review meeting minutes of the Board of Governors, check how your membership fees are being spent, and other newsworthy items.
